Absolutely, Front Runner arranges conference calls with the client, and a specialist to discuss and determine the best approach for your training experience

What payment methods are available?
Payments are made in Canadian dollars. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and email money transfer payments.
What if I have to cancel my attendance? (Cancellation Policy)
Training without instructor travel cancelled within 14 business days prior to the first day of the course will result in a 25% charge of the total course fee.
Training with instructor travel cancelled within 14 business days prior to the first day of the course will result in a 25% charge of the total course fee, plus the cost of the airfare and the first night hotel stay.
Training without instructor travel cancelled within 5 business days prior to the first day of the course will result in a 50% charge of the total course fee.
Training with instructor travel cancelled within 5 business days prior to the first day of the course will result in paying 50% of the total course fee, plus the cost of the airfare and the first night hotel stay.
Training without instructor travel cancelled less than five business days prior to the first day of the course will result in a 100% charge of the total course fee.
Training with instructor travel cancelled less than five business days prior to the first day of the course will result in a 100% charge of the total course fee, plus the cost of the airfare and the first night hotel stay.
Failure to attend a course without notification of cancellation will result in a 100% charge of the total course fee, cost of any airfare, and first night hotel stay.
Onsite Training
Front Runner courses are available online, or at your place of business.
Our clients prefer either one-on-one customized or team training, customizing the topics to get the job done. This ensures greater success, once the client is back in the trenches, using the software.
Reasonably priced group rates are available for team training.
I don’t see the course I’m interested in on the website. What should I do?
